A New Idea Sort of

Training..In My Situation
So here’s my situation: I go to school full time. I work almost full time(most weeks). I teach a one hour class on Mondays. And have a boyfriend, family, and friends who all require love and care. My problem is not finding time to work out, but finding time to train. I have two gym classes, plus the class I teach, and open gym time if I want it at the college, so I do NOT need work out...
Alt Glute Locks
In my instructional DVD, 5 Layers From the Ground Up, Nadira teaches several layered movements, as well as combinations.
